Sous Chef:

Alexander’s Steakhouse is seeking a talented culinary professional to fulfil our Sous Chef position. Our Sous Chef works closely with our Executive Chef and assists in running the day to day kitchen operations, which comprises overseeing and supervising our culinary team, assists with menu planning, ordering and inventory, management of supplies,  maintaining a clean and organized kitchen while ensuring the integrity and consistency of every dish produced with a strong emphasis in adhering to and enforcing all food safety standards.
Previous Steakhouse or fine dining and supervising experiences are preferred as well as holding a valid and current  ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification.

Line Cook:

We are seeking passionate and self-motivated culinary professionals to join our close-knit team at Alexander’s Steakhouse. We are looking to fill positions for PM line cooks. Candidates should have professional kitchen experience, including working a cold/hot line and grill. A line cook role refers to a back of house worker whose primary responsibility is to keep the tempo of the restaurant flowing during service.
